Chiropractic is the most widely utilized system of alternative health care. It recognizes the relationship between the spine and the nervous system, which controls and coordinates every function of the body. The goal of chiropractic care is to make sure that each segment of the spine is aligned properly and is moving properly. The result is less back and neck pain, and restoration of normal communication between the brain and all of the body parts.
We have had lots of experience helping our patients overcome back pain, neck pain, headaches, tension and stiffness. Patients consistently report feeling less pain and stiffness, greater range of motion, and a greater sense of ease and improved well-being while receiving care in our office.

What to Expect in Our Office:
First Visit: History, Consultation, Exam, and X-Rays when warranted
Once we welcome you to our friendly office, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork in order for us to gather the required health history information we will need to help resolve your health challenge.
Consultation
You will sit down with Dr. Dina for a thorough history and consultation. You will be asked several questions regarding your main area of concern, as well as some questions about your general health. Before going on to the examination, Dr. Dina will summarize for you how the spine works and what he will be checking for in the spinal exam.
Exam
In the exam you will undergo tests for posture, ranges of motion, spinal segment motion and alignment, muscle tension and balance, as well as any other orthopedic or special tests that are deemed necessary to help find a solution to your problem. Findings from the consultation and examination will help the doctor decide if x-rays will be necessary.
X-Rays when warranted
If x-rays are taken, we will need a little time to develop and analyze them to be prepared to give you a thorough report when you return, which in most cases can be as soon as the very next day.
Second Visit: Report of Findings
During this report of findings, all of the x-ray results will be explained to you, as well as the results of the spinal exam. Basesd upon putting all of this information together, we will then have detailed recommendations about the best course of action to alleviate your health issue and restore greater vitality. This may include chiropractic care, massage, nutrition, exercises, stretches, rearrangement of your work station, etc. This may even include referral to another specialist if that is most appropriate.
Also at this time, if you have an insurance plan that covers chiropractic care, we will have gathered all of the relevant information regarding co-payments, amount of visits allowed per year, etc. Knowing this financial information in addition to the clinical information will help you to make the best informed decision about how to proceed once you have been given all of the relevant facts. We accept most major insurance plans, and also have affordable cash plans available for those without insurance coverage. We also accept Mastercard and Visa.
